* 33A is a high-quality diazo-sensitized UV polymer emulsion with 34 % solids.
* Colour: Blue. After sensitized: Green
Characteristics:
* excellent mesh bridging
* excellent resolution and definition
* good resistance for large print runs when processing water-based screen printing inks
* optimal printing results for fine lines and halftone prints (28 L/cm)
Sensitization:
1) Pour distilled water into the sensitizer bottle until the bottle is 3/4 full.
2) Shake the bottle to dissolve the sensitizer
3) Pour the dissolved sensitizer into the emulsion and stir thoroughly
4) Wait for at least 1 hour to allow air bubbles to escape
Storage:
* Sensitized emulsion has a pot life of approx 4 weeks at room temperature (20 °C).
* 3 months if stored in refrigerator
* Keep in cool area and away from direct sunlight.
