Resistant to:
- Solvent based inks
- Water based inks
- Plastisol inks

Sensitizing of emulsion:
1) Cut open sensitizer sachet by a pair of scissors (Do not open with your teeth)
2) Add the sensitizer DIRECTLY into the emulsion (Do not dissolve the sensitiser in water)
3) Stir thoroughly for 2~3 minutes
4) Wait for at least 1 hour for air bubles to escape
Coating & Drying of emulsion:
1) Degrease mesh before applying emulsion
2) Apply 2 coats to the print side
3) Apply 2 coats to the squeegee side
4) Apply 1 coat to the print side
5) Dry the screen by hair drier or rack under dark or yellow light conditions at a max temperature of 30°C
Exposure of emulsion:
1) Place film on stencil
2) Place stencil in a suitable vacuum exposure machine
Suggested exposure time:
Shelf life:
Non-sensitized: 24 months
Sensitized: 1.5 months
Sensitized stored at % to 8 celcius: 3 months
Coated screens, not exposed: 1 month
